中青年非血管压迫三叉神经痛的显微手术治疗 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨非血管压迫三叉神经痛病因及手术方法。方法 术中未见明显责任血管压迫,三叉神经根周围蛛网膜增厚粘连,采用锐性分离蛛网膜粘连松解三叉神经。结果 无手术死亡,34例全部有效,随访3~7年,平均4、1年,5例复发。结论 三叉神经根周围蛛网膜增厚粘连是三叉神经痛致病原因之一,锐性分离蛛网膜粘连松解三叉神经对治疗非血管压迫的原发性三叉神经痛长期疗效较好。
