摘要
应用可控双注仪制备了一系列碘含量相同而碘在微晶中分布不同的单分散六边形扁平淡碘化银乳剂,用扫描电镜(STEM)与X-射线能谱仪(EDS)对单个微晶进行了微区分析,并用介电损耗,微波光导等方法研究了此类乳剂微晶的结构与性能的关系。结果表明:严格控制微晶成核、成熟、生长三个阶段的条件,可制得含六边形颗粒92%以上的扁平溴碘化银乳剂,颗粒大小变化系数小于12%。此外碘在微晶中的分布明显影响微晶的电性质和照相性能。
A series of monodispersed hexagonal tabular AgBrI microcrystals with the same content and the different distribution of iodide ions were prepared by double-jet technique.The microcomponent analysis in the individual single crystal was conducted with the STEM-EDS method. The relationship between structures and properties of the microcrystals were studied by dielectric loss measurement and microwave photoconductivity method.The result were observed the number of hexagonal tabular grains was 92% of the number of the whole silver halide grains, and the coefficient of size variation was 12%, It was also found that the distribution of iodide ions in microcrystal affects apperently the electric properties and photographic properties.
