高效液相色谱法测定脑心通口服液中葛根素的含量

Determination of the Puerarin in Naoxintong Oral Liquid by HPLC

目的建立HPLC法测定脑心通口服液中葛根素的含量。方法 Teehsphese C18柱（4．6mm×150mm，5μm），保护柱（4.6mm×12mm）；流动相为乙腈-水-醋酸（14：85：1）；检测波长为254nm；流速为0．8ml／min。结果葛根素在0．2512-2.512μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9999）。平均回收率为99．73％，RSD为1．57％。结论本法简便、快捷，结果准确。

Aim To establish a method for determination of puerarin in Naoxintong oral liquid. Methods HPLC was conducted on a hypersil Techsphese C18 column （4.6mm × 150mm,Sμm） with the ratio of acetonitrile- water - acetic acid 14： 85：1 ;the flow rate was 0.8ml/min detected at 254nm. The external standard method was adopted for the assay. Results The linear was 0.251 2 -2. 512μg（ r =0.999 9）, and the average recovery rate（ n =6） was 99. 73%, RSD 1.57%. Conclusion The method has some advantages in terms of effect, reproducibility and sensitivity.
