HPLC双通道法测定复方感冒灵片中对乙酰氨基酚和绿原酸的含量

Determination of Paracetamol and Chlorogenic Acid in Compound Ganmaoling Tablets by HPLC

目的建立HPLC双通道法测定复方感冒灵片中对乙酰氨基酚和绿原酸的含量。方法用C18柱为固定相，以甲醇-0.025mol·L^-1KH2PO4（15：85）为流动相磷酸调节至pH3．0，检测波长分别为249、327nm。结果对乙酰氨基酚和绿原酸进样量分别在0.21～2.1、0.0625～0.625μg范围内呈良好的线性关系，平均回收率分别为100．28t为，99．69％（n=6）。结论此方法可靠、准确、专属性强。

Aim To esteblish an HPLC method for the determinetion of Paracetamol and Chlorogenic acid in Compound Ganmaoling Tablets. Methods The C18 column was used; the mobile phase consisted of CH3OH-0.025 mol·L^-1KH2PO4（which was adjusted to pH3.0 by phosphoric acid）（15：85）, and the detection wavelength as 249nm and 327nm. Results The standard curves of Paracetamol and Chlorogenic acid were linear within the range of 0.21 -2.1μg（ r =0.999 9, n =7）, 0.062 5 -0.625μg （ r =0.999 9, n =7）, respectively, and the average recoveries were 100.28% ,99.69%. Conclusion The method was reliable,accurate and specific.
