摘要
目的建立甲磺酸帕珠沙星注射液中甲磺酸帕珠沙星的含量测定方法。方法高效液相色谱法、C18柱、以乙腈-[10%甲磺酸溶液。1.0mol·L^-1磷酸氢二钾溶液-水(10:7:153)(用三乙胺调节pH值至3.0)](30:170)为流动相、检测波长为244nm。结果甲磺酸帕珠沙星在20—80μg·ml^-1浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.26%,RSD为0.52%。结论本法准确可靠、方便可行,可作为甲磺酸帕珠沙星注射液中甲磺酸帕珠沙星的含量测定方法。
Aim To establish a method of determining of Pazufloxacin Mesilate in Pazufloxacin Mesilate Injection. Methods An HPLC method with chromatographic conditions involved C18 column and the mobile phase consisting of CH3CN-( 10% methanesulfonic acid solution-1.0mol ·1^-1 di-potassium hydrogen phosphate trihydrate solution-H2O) (10: 7: 153)( adjusted with tyiethylamine to a pH of 3.0)(30: 170) . The detection wavelength was 244nm. Results Pazufloxacin Mesilate had a good linearity( r =0.999 9) within the range of 20 - 80μg·ml^-1. The average recovery was 100.26% and the RSD was 0.52% o Conclusion This method is accurate and easy to use for determination of the content of Pazufloxacin Mesilate Injection.
