益元口服液中总皂苷的含量测定

Determination of Total Saponins in Yiyuan Oral Liquid

目的测定益元口服液中总皂苷的含量。方法采用香草醛-硫酸分光光度法测定总皂苷。结果以人参皂苷Re为对照品作校正曲线，在0．025-0．175mg范围内线性关系良好。加样回收率为99．45％，RSD为3．2％。测得3批益元口服液中总皂苷含量分别为3．39、3．35、3．53mg·ml^-1。结论该方法简便、准确、灵敏，重复性好，可作为益元口服液中总皂苷的质控方法。

Aim To determine the content of total saponins in Yiyuan Oral Liquid. Methods The vanillin-sulfuric acid spectrophotometry was used and the detection wavelength was 544nm. Results Saponins of Panax Ginseng Re was taken as the standard sample and the standard curve was linear within its content range of 0. 025 - 0. 175mg. The average recovery was 99.45% with RSD 3.2%. The contents of total saponins of 3 batches of Yiyuan Oral Liquid was respectively 3.39mg·ml^-1, 3.35mg·ml^-1 and 3.53mg·ml^- 1. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and suitable for the quality control of Yiyuan Oral Liquid.
