摘要
从检察监督的视角出发,实证分析司法工作人员渎职犯罪的重要特征,阐明司法实践中存在的突出问题和困境,揭示和分析制约检察监督效能发挥的制度性和技术性因素,并有针对地提出强化和完善检察监督的相关建议。
From aspect of procuratorial supervision, this article analyzed empirically the characteristics of the crimes of malfeasance committed by judicial functionary and clarified problems and predicament in judicial practice, based on which systematic and technical factors restricting the efficiency of procuratorial supervision were discoeered and some directional suggestions were indicated concerning how to strengthen and ameliorate the procuratorial supervision.
