摘要
信息时代实体组织在人力资源开发上的运作范式面临着困境,而虚拟组织具有适应信息时代发展的典型组织特征。文章分析了虚拟组织的人力资源开发运作特点,在此基础上进一步分析了虚拟组织人力资源开发运作范式的组织架构和运行平台。
In terms of human resource development(HRD), the operation model in substantial organizations has found themselves in predicament during information times, while the virtual organization has some characteristics which match it very well. This paper analyzes the HRD operation characteristics in virtual organization, on the ground of which we further discuss the organization structure and operation platform of HRD model in virtual organization.
