摘要
优质的教学质量是高等学校得以持续发展的命脉。本文以全面质量管理理论为基础,从教学质量保障相关概念的界定入手,探讨大学教学质量保障手册的制定与实施,力图应用于我国本科院校教学质量保障的实践。
High quality teaching is the key to universities＇ persistent development. This paper, based on the total quality management and education evaluation theories and considering the concepts of teaching quality guarantee, focuses on how to frame teaching quality guarantee handbook and apply it to the practice of universities＇ teaching quality guarantee.
