渭北旱原农村住宅规划设计与建设存在很多问题,如总体布局分散、功能分区不明确,村庄总体布局单调;住宅建设存在“三无”问题和住宅功能不合理等。通过对渭北旱原实际考察和调研,提出了在住宅规划设计与建设中应编制村庄建设规划;加强农村住宅院落及住宅的规划设计;充分利用光热资源,建节能生态型住宅等。
