摘要
挣值管理通过集成的基线计划和项目控制技术的开发促进了良好的项目管理,通过揭示传统项目控制中单因素偏差分析的不足,从而阐述了运用挣值理论进行项目进度、成本集成管理的有效性。深入研究了挣值管理的基本理论和对项目成本与进度集成控制的具体应用,最后提出应研究质量挣值以加快建立实用的挣值管理系统。
The earned value management promotes the good project management through the integrated baseline plan and development of the project control technology, it promulgates the insufficiency which analyzes the single factor deviation in the traditional project control, thus elaborates the validity of integration management which carry on the project cost and progress by using it. It deeply studies the theory of earned value and concrete practice about integrated control of project cost and progress, it also proposes that we should research quality earned value to speed up the construction of earned value management systems.
