摘要
输入电流谐波含量高是多脉波二极管整流电路的一大缺点。该文提出了一种通过辅助电路回馈部分能量的12脉波整流电路,有效减小了输入电流谐波含量,提高功率因数。辅助电路由单相电压逆变器构成,产生交流辅助电压通过变压器耦合到主电路上,从而改善电流波形。此方法结构简单,易于对现有的传统12脉波整流电路进行改造。通过一台6kW,输入相电压150V的实验设备,验证了该方法的可行性。满载时输入电流ηTHD仅为3.8%。
One of the problems of the most diode rectifiers is that they include large harmonic contents in its input current. A 12-pulse diode rectifier with an auxiliary voltage circuit is proposed. The purpose is to obtain a 12-pulse diode rectifier whose harmonic contents are reduced a lot. The auxiliary voltage circuit consists of two single-phase voltage converters which can be controlled conveniently. The auxiliary voltage reaches to the main circuit through transformer to improve the wave form of the input current. The reduction in the harmonic contents in the input currents is verified by a 6kW experimental results. Input current ηTHD is only 3.8%for full load conditions.
