摘要
应用化学定性分析、X-射线能谱分析、X-射线物相分析、红外光谱分析和扫描电镜观察等方法,对来自江苏、河南等地波尔山羊种公羊的10个自然和7个饲喂棉饼人工诱发尿结石病例结石样品的显微结构和成分进行了分析。结果表明,10个自然病例中颗粒样和粉砂样尿结石的主要成分均为磷酸铵镁(鸟粪石);7个饲喂棉饼的人工诱发病例中有3个病例尿结石的主要成分为磷酸铵镁,2个病例尿结石的主要成分是一种富含钾的磷酸铵镁同形异构体——磷酸钾镁,另外2个病例尿结石的主要成分是上述两种成分的混合体。
The chemical composition and microstrueture of urinary stones obtained from male boer goats,including from 10 field cases of urolithiasis from Jiangsu and Henan provinces and 7 experimental induced cases on cottonseed diet ,were studied by chemical qualitative analysis,scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction, X ray energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) and fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. The results revealed that the major component of 10 field samples was struvite. In 7 experimental cases, 3 samples were struvite,2 samples were similar to the struvite but rich in potassium,2 were mixture including struvite and its analogs. In addition to the description of the characteristic microstructure of uroliths,the formation of struvite and its uroliths were briefly discussed. EDS study showed that the coffin-lid shaped prismatic crystal were rich in potassium. Another phase similar to the struvite might exist.
