5~8周龄肉鹅能量和蛋白质营养需要量研究 被引量:28

摘要 以商品代豁眼鹅为供试动物,日粮的代谢能(ME)含量设置5个水平,分别为9.61,10.45,11.29,12.12和12.96MJ/kg,粗蛋白(CP)含量分别设为140,160,180和200g/kg4个水平,采用5×4因子设计进行饲养实验,研究了日粮能量和粗蛋白水平对肉鹅生产性能和胴体品质的影响。结果表明。(1)日粮ME水平对5~8周龄肉鹅平均日增重影响不显著(P>0.05)。但对平均日耗料量和料重比影响极显著(P<0.01),日粮CP水平对5~8周龄肉鹅平均日耗料量和平均日增重影响均不显著(P>0.05),但对料重比影响显著(P<0.05),日粮ME水平为12.12MJ/kg,CP水平为160g/kg时可获得理想的生产性能;(2)日粮ME和CP水平对肉鹅全净膛率,胸肌率,相对肝重和腿肌率影响均不显著(P>0.05),ME对腹脂率和皮脂率影响极显著(P<0.01),CP对腹脂率影响显著(P<0.05),对皮脂率影响不显著(P>0.05),ME水平与腹脂率和皮脂率间存在很强的正相关关系。通过本试验并结合生产实际认为,5~8周龄肉鹅适宜的能量和粗蛋白营养需要量分别为12.12MJ/kg和160g/kg。 With commercial generation Huoyan geese as animals for experiment,experimental diets assigned with 9.61,10.45,11.29,12.12 and 12.96 MJ of ME/kg,each containing 140,160,180,and 200 g/kg CP respectively,a 5 × 4 factorial arrangement was adopted,and the effects of dietary ME and CP concentrations on growth performance and carcass characteristics of broiler geese were analyzed. The result showed that. (1) Dietary ME concentrations had no significant effect on daily average body weight gain of broiler geese aged from 5 to 8 weeks (P〉0. 05),but significantly affected daily average feed consumption and feed gain ratio (P〈0. 01). CP contents produced no significant effect on daily average feed consumption and daily average body weight gain (P〉0.05),but had significant effect on feed gain ratio (P〈0. 05). Ideal growth performance could be obtained by ME 12.12 MJ/kg and CP 160 g/kg. (2) Dietary ME and CP levels had no significant effects on eviscerated carcass weight rate and breast muscle rate as well as leg muscle rate and liver relative weight (P〉0. 05),but ME affected abdominal fat rate and sebum rate of broiler geese significantly (P〈0.01),CP affected abdominal fat rate significantly (P〈0.05),but had no significant effect on sebum rate (P〉0.05). A strong positive correlation existed between ME concentrations and indexes of abdominal fat rate and sebum rate. Through the present experiment and combining production practice,the optimum requirements of ME and CP were 12.12 MJ/kg and 160 g/kg for broiler geese aged from 5 to 8 weeks respectively.
