高效液相色谱法测定阿维菌素在枸杞果实中的残留动态

Residues of abamectin in wolfberry by HPLC

采用高效液相色谱法研究了1．8％阿维菌素乳油在枸杞果实内的残留动态和最终残留量。结果表明，阿维菌素在枸杞果实内消解较快，在6和12mg／L浓度下，施药后7d枸杞果实内的阿维菌素残留分别为0．008和0．010mg／kg，7d后均未检出阿维菌素残留，半衰期为1．34～1．50d，在使用推荐浓度6mg／L、施药2次的情况下，最后一次施药7d后，在枸杞果实内未检出阿维菌素．说明阿维菌素在推荐剂量下使用对枸杞果实的食用是安全的。

The studies on the final residue and dynamic degradation of 1.8% abamectin EC in wolfberry were carried out by HPLC. and the results showed that abamectin dissipated rapidly in wolfberry fruit. Spraying at 6 and 12 mg/L with an interval of 7 d,the residue was 0. 008 and 0. 010 mg/kg in wolfberry fruit,the half life of Abamectin in wolfberry fruit was 1.34-1.50 d. and abamectin was not defected after 7 d of last spray at dilution of 6 mg/L. Thus,this pesticide is safe when applied on wolfberry fruit at recommended rates.
