芍药花红色素提取工艺的研究 被引量:8

摘要 以芍药花为原料,对芍药花红色素浸提剂进行了筛选,并在芍药花红色素提取单因素试验的基础上,通过L9(33)正交试验确定了其最佳浸提条件。结果表明,用丙酮、蒸馏水、盐酸、乙醇、氢氧化钠和无水乙醚作为浸提剂提取芍药花红色素时乙醇为最佳浸提剂;芍药花红色素提取的最佳工艺条件为:pH 2.2,浸提温度75℃,浸提时间70 m in,在此最佳工艺条件下红色素粗品得率为6.45%。 Red pigment was extracted from Chinese herbaceous peony flowers by the diffusion solvent of acetone ,water ,hydrochloric acid ,Alcohol ,Sodium hydroxide and chloroform respectively. The influences of different alcohol concentration,pH,extracting temperature and time on the extraction of red pigment were researched. The results showed that ethanol was the best diffusion solvent. The optimal pH,temperature and time were obtained through the tests. According to the L9(33) orthogonal test,the best technical parameters obtained were as follows:the pH value 2.2,the temperature 75 ℃ and the diffusion time 60 minutes.
