地理信息系统在福建水利信息化建设中的应用

Applications of GIS in water information system construction in Fujian Province

近年来,福建省水利部门应用GIS技术研发了省、市、县三级防汛指挥决策支持系统和洪水预警报系统,并在此基础上推动了全省水雨情信息自动采集、计算机网络系统建设、应用软件开发等工作的开展。目前,这些系统已在福建防汛指挥调度中发挥应有的作用,促进了全省水利信息化建设。

Recent years, Fujian provincial water department developed flood commanding and decision support system and flood warning system at three levels of the province, cities and counties by using GIS technology, which promoted the software development for automatic water and rainfall data collection and computer network system construction. Currently, these systems have been all played key roles in flood regulation by the Fujian Flood Control Headquarters and also accelerate the development of water information system in the province,
