超声多普勒测定正常早产儿脑血流速度的研究

Cerebral blood flow velocities evaluated by Doppler ultrasonography in the normal preterm infants

目的:探讨正常早产儿脑血流参数值以及胎龄(gestational age,GA)、出生体重(b irth we ight,BW)、日龄、血压对早产儿脑血流的影响。方法:应用超声多普勒测定正常早产儿的脑血流参数。结果:生后第2天各组正常早产儿的颈内动脉(ICA)、大脑前动脉(ACA)的收缩期峰值血流速度(Vs)、平均血流速度(mV)与第1天比较差异显著(P<0.01);正常早产儿脑血流速度与胎龄(GA)、体重(BW)呈正相关。结论:在评价早产儿脑血流灌注状态时,应注意GA、BW、日龄对其的影响。

Objective： To evaluate the changes of cerebral blood flow （CBF） and influence of gestational age （GA）, birth weight （BW）, age and blood pressure on CBF variables in normal preterm infants. Methods： The parametem of CBF in internal carotid artery （ICA） and anterior cerebral artery （ACA） were measured in normal prematures by a Doppler. Results： In healthy infants, there was a linear increase of all velocities of ICA and ACA with increasing gestational age （GA） and body weight （BW）. And there was an obvious increase in peak velocities in systolic period （Vs） and mean flow velocities （mV） of the two arteries over the second day of llfe, and much higher than that of the first day. Conclusion： When CBF is evaluated, it is very important to pay attention to BW, GA and age.
