摘要
目的:探讨宫颈癌DNA含量和宫颈癌早期诊断的关系。方法:应用流式细胞仪检测正常宫颈、宫颈炎、C IN、宫颈癌组织和脱落细胞DNA含量。结果:正常宫颈S期和G2期细胞比例没有明显升高,没有发现DNA异倍体。宫颈癌组织中DNA异倍体含量和G2期细胞较其它组织明显增高,组织和脱落细胞结果无明显不同。结论:DNA异倍体有助于宫颈癌的早期诊断。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the content of DNA in cervical cancer tissues and the earlier diagnosis of cervical cancer. Methods: The content of DNA in tissues and exfoliated cells of normal cervix, cervicitis, CIN and cervical cancer were analyzed by flow cytometer (FCM). Results: The percentage of S stage and G2 stage ceils in tissues of normal cervix were not apparently increased and DNA beteroploid was not found; the content of DNA heteroploid and G2 stage cells were apparently higher in tissues of cervical cancer than that in other tissues (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: DNA beteroploid is helpful in the early diagnosis of cervical cancer.
