黄疸婴儿人类巨细胞病毒感染的荧光定量PCR检测

Study on status of HCMV infection and FQ-PCR detection in infants with jaundice

目的:调查黄疸婴儿人类巨细胞病毒感染的情况。方法:采用荧光定量PCR方法对203例黄疸婴儿尿液标本进行HCMV-DNA定量检测。结果:在所检测的203例婴儿中,HCMV-DNA阳性的有52例,感染率为25.62%。HCMV-DNA拷贝数与黄疸持续时间无相关性。结论:HCMV是引起婴儿黄疸的主要原因之一,荧光定量PCR检测婴儿尿液中的HCMV-DNA快速、方便,检出率高,可及时诊断出巨细胞病毒的感染,以便及时治疗,降低畸形儿发生率。

Objective： To investigate the status of human cytomegalovirus （HCMV） infection in infants with jaundice. Methods： FQ - PCR was used to detect HCMV - DNA in urine from 203 infants with jaundice. Results： Among the 203 cases, 52 were positive （25.62%）. The level of HCMV - DNA was not correlated with clinically apparent disease. Conclusion： HCMV is one of the factors resulting in infants with jaundice. FQ - PCR assay can monitor HCMV infection of infants with jaundice to treat them and decrease birth rate of abnormal infant effectively.
