摘要 目的:探讨肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)急性期、恢复期患儿外周血中血清免疫球蛋白(IG)、T淋巴细胞亚群、C反应蛋白(CRP)和精制结核菌素(PPD)皮肤试验的动态变化及其临床意义。方法:检测35例MPP急性期及其中24例恢复期血清IgA、IgG、IgM和CRP,外周血CD3、CD4、CD8及做PPD试验,并与正常儿童30例进行比较。结果:MPP组急性期及恢复期较正常儿童的血清IgG及IgA水平降低(急性期P<0.01,恢复期P<0.05),CD3及CD4水平降低(均P<0.01),PPD反应无力(P<0.01),CRP急性期较恢复期及对照组增高(P<0.01)。结论:体液免疫和细胞免疫参与了MPP感染的发病过程,且存在免疫功能降低及紊乱。 Objective: To study the developmental changes and clinical significance of serum immune globulin (IG), T - lymphocyte subsets, C - reactive protein (CRP) in peripheral blood and purified aplisol (PPD) skin test in the cases with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (MPP) in acute and recovery phases. Methods: Detected serum IgA, IgG, IgM, CRP, peripheral blood CD3, CD4, CD8 in 35 cases with acute - phased MPP and the 24 recovery - phased of them; compared them with those of 30 unimpaired children. Results: The serum IgG and IgA levels (the acute - phased P 〈 0.01, the recovery - phased P 〈 0.05), CD3 and CD4 (mean P 〈 0.01) in the acute - phased and the recovery - plumed MPP were lower than these in the unimpaired, with responsive asthenia PPD (P 〈 0.01); the acute - phased CRP increased more than those in the recovery - phased and the controlled (P 〈0.01). Conclusion: Humoral immunity and cellular immunity involve in the episode of MPP infection, with the presence of decreasing derangement of immunological function.
