参萸保健酒对小鼠机体免疫功能的调节作用

Effects of Shenyu Baojianjiu on Immune Function of Mice

目的观察参萸保健酒对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法通过碳粒廓清试验，三硝基氯苯（PC）诱导小鼠迟发性变态反应试验和血清溶血素测定，分别观察参萸保健酒对小鼠单核-巨噬细胞功能、细胞免疫功能和俸液免疫功能的影响。结果参萸保健酒150mL（成品）·kg^-1和300mL（成品）·kg^-1。能显著升高破廓清指数（P〈0．05～0.01）；降低小鼠耳廓肿胀度（P〈0．05～0．01）；升高血清溶血素含量（P〈0．05—0．01）。结论参萸保健酒能增强小鼠的免疫调节功能。

OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of Shenyu Baojianjiu on immune function in mice, METHODS We adopted carbon particle clearance test, tardive allergy induced by PC in mice and serum hemolysin test. The mononuclear-macrophage iunction, cellular immune function and humoral immune function were observed. RESULTS At 150mL （finished product） · kg^-1 and 300ml （finished product） · kg ^-1 dosage, the clearance index and the content of serum hemolysin were increased significantly （P〈0. 05- 0.01）, the swelling of auricle was reduced （P〈0. 05-0. 01）. CONCLUSION Shenyu Baojianjiu can improve the immune function of mice.
