摘要
目的建立用原子吸收分光光度法测定血红素口服液中铁的含量的方法。方法样品经消化后,用原子吸收分光光度法测定铁的含量。结果铁在1~5μg·mL^-1范围内.吸光度与浓度呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为A=0.079×C+0.004,r=0.999,平均回收率100.15%.RSD=0.67%%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确。
OBJECTIVE To determine the content of element of Fe in hemin oral solution. METHODS Flame atomic absorption spectrometry was used. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear in the range of 1- 5μg · mL^-1 for the element of Fe(r=0. 9996). The average recovery of the element of Fe was 100. 15% with RSD of 0. 67 % (n= 5). CONCLUSION This method is simple and sensitive.
