摘要
目的建立小儿退热中空栓含量测定方法。方法色谱柱:YMC—Pack ODS—C18柱(250×4.6mml-D-S-5μm,12nm No.042577874(W);流动相:乙腈~0.4%磷酸(13:87);流速为1ml·min^-1;检测波长;327nm;柱温30℃。结果绿原酸在0.0832-2.08μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,精密度RSD1.07%,重复性RSD为1.39%,稳定性RSD为0.79%.回收率RSD为0.8%,含量测定RSD为2.29%。结论本法简便、可靠、重现性好、可用于该制剂的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To set up assasylng method of Xiao'er tui re zhong kong suan. METHODS Chromatographic column : YMC-Pack ODS-C18柱(250 × 4.6mml. D. S-5μm, 12nm No. 042577874 (W) ; mobile phase of eaffeoylquinic acid: 0.4%H3PO4 (13 : 87); flow rate: 1ml· min^-1 detective wavelength: 327nm; columntemperature30℃. RESULTS Caffeotannic acid has good linear relationship between0. 0832 -2.08μg, RSD % of precision: 1.07 %, RSD% of reproducibility : 1.39 %, RSD% of stability : 0. 79 % RSD % of recovery : 0.8%,assaying RSD% 2.29%. CONCLUSION The method is convenient,reliability,good reproducibility,can be used in the quality control of the preparation.
