转化生长因子-β_1在儿童特发性血小板减少性紫癜发病中的意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨急性特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患儿血清转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)水平的变化及在ITP发病中的作用。方法采用双抗体夹心ELISA方法检测了23例急性ITP患儿和15例健康儿童。结果急性期血清TGF-β1(118·04±28.42ng/ml)明显高于恢复期(82·76±14.21ng/ml)和对照组(65·95±17·38ng/ml),三组比较差异具有统计学意义(F=63·43,P<0·01)。结论急性IT患儿血清TGF-β1明显增高,提示TGF-β1参与了ITP的发病过程。
