摘要
目的:分析海南木莲叶的挥发油成分。方法:采用水蒸气法提取挥发油,气相色谱-质谱-计算机联用技术分析。结果:共鉴定出49种化合物,占挥发油总量的99.99%,其中主要成分是橙花叔醇(16.44%);3,7-二甲基-2,6-辛二烯-1-醇(5.27%);3,7-二甲基1,6-辛二烯-3-醇(5.12%);α-丁香烯(4.97%)和丁香烯(4.48%)。
analyzing the constituents of the chemical constituent the leaves of Anglietia hainanensis. Methods : Separating and identifying the constituents by GC - MS. Result :49 compounds from the essential oil were identiffed, which account for 99.99 % of total essential oils. The main constituents are 3,7 - Dimethyl - (E) - 2, 6 - octaaien - 1 - o1(5.27%), 3,7 - dimethyl - 1,6 - Oc - tadien - 3 - o1(5.12 %), alpha - Caryophyllene(4.97 %), Caryophyllene (4.48 %). The content (16.44 %) of nerolidol is the highest. Conclusion: The present study of the essential oil from the leaves of Anglietia hainanensis provides a chemical basis as a medicinal herb.
