摘要
介绍了国内硝基复合肥、尿基复合肥和硫基复合肥三种主要复合肥料的生产方法及装置建设情况。熔融造粒法具有简化工艺流程、降低能耗和生产成本的特点,生产的硝基复合肥产品合格率高。熔体塔式造粒法生产的尿基复合肥能达到较高的均匀粒度和均衡养分,与常规尿基复合肥生产方法相比,熔体塔式造粒法具有环保效益好、热量消耗低的优势。硫基复合肥的生产方法主要有团粒法和料浆法两种,采用料浆法生产的硫基复合肥总养分最多可达46%。针对国内化肥产品品种单一,供求总量失调的状况,提出了发展建议。
This paper introduced production methods and production units of nitro-compound fertilizer, urea-compound fertilizer and sulfur-compound fertilizer in China. Nitro-compound fertilizer produced by melt prilling method, which had the characteristics of simple process, low energy consumption and low production cost, had high quality. Urea-compound fertilizer produced by tower fusion urea process had high uniform particle size and balanced nutrient, the technology comparison with routine production method had better environment benefits of urea-compound fertilizer and lower energy consumption in Two main production methods of sulfur-compound fertilizer were palletizing method and pulping method, general nutrient content in sulfurcompound fertilizer produced by pulping method could reach 46%. Suggestions about China's fertilizer status of single variety and unbalance between supply and demand were put forward.
