neuritin的研究进展

摘要 neuritin又名cpg15,是一条与神经可塑性密切相关的基因,其表达产物能够促进神经突起的快速生长及分支、突触的发生和成熟,并可调节突触回路的形成。研究表明neuritin在脑、肝、心、肺、骨骼肌等多个组织器官都有表达,并可能涉及肿瘤的发生。 Neuritin, also called cpglS, is closely correlated to the nervous plasticity. Neuritin promotes not only neurite outgrowth and arborization but also synaptogenesis and synapse maturation, as well as regulates synapse network formation, Researches show neuritin is expressed in brain, liver, lung, heart and skeletal muscle. Furthermore,it is likely to be involved in tumorigenesis.
