摘要
为了提高功率密度和效率,电力电子器件的发展趋势之一是集成化。然而,目前的集成技术是建立在传统传输线结构的基础上的,这种传统的传输线结构不能适用于集成无源模块中的非平衡电流,具有一定的局限性。因此,为了解决上述问题,介绍一种广义传输线结构,简单分析了这种结构的组成和原理,主要分析了这种结构在开关电源中EMI滤波器的应用。并用Saber软件验证了这种结构的有效性。
In order to increase power density and efficiency ,one trend of power dectronics equipment is modularisation. However, the existng modeling technique is based on the traditional transmis sion llne that is not applicable for the unbalanced current in an integrated passive module.It has limitation. Thus, a generalized transmission line structure is introduced, and its structure and theory are simply analyzed,and its application in EMI filter is mainly analyzed. The validity of the structure is certified by Saber software simulation.
