摘要
对超声波技术提取猕猴桃籽油的工艺进行研究。探讨了不同提取剂,提取的剂用量、提取时间、次数及超声波功率对提取效果的影响。最后用正交法确定最佳工艺条件:在超声波功率250w的条件下,石油醚作为提取剂、物料比1∶8、提取2次,每次20 m in。
The process for extracting oil from Kiwi - fruit seeds with aid of ultrasonic wave technology was studied. The effects of different solvents, solvent amount, extraction time and times, and ultrasonic wave power were explored. The optimum reaction condition obtained by orthogonal experiments are ultrasonic wave power 250W, substrate to petroleum ether ratio 1 : 8 ( W/V), extracting 2 times, and for 20 min each time.
