摘要 本文就影响超临界机组锅炉安全运行的管子内壁结垢和氧化层剥离问题的探析。在对这2种锅炉运行故障现象的定义、发生机理及表现和不利影响做讨论分析的基础上,对所应采取的锅炉安全运行措施及其检修方法也作了探析。 There are many factors that affect safe operation of the supercritical boiler units; one of main problem is oxide growth and exfoliation in steam. This paper is mainly going to discuss and make a survey of what the definition, occurring reason, and it's expression and disadvantageous influence of the two kinds of boiler operation trouble is. Based on this analysis, this paper also do explore the safe operation measures to be taken and its maintenances methods of the boiler unit.
