He-Ne激光照射对脾巨噬细胞吞噬功能影响的图像分析研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究He-Ne激光对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:用剂量63.7 J/cm2的He-Ne激光照射小鼠脾区,照射时间为5、10d,每天照射5m in,采用锥虫蓝活体注射显示巨噬细胞吞噬力试验方法,观察脾巨噬细胞吞噬功能,并用图像分析法对吞噬颗粒进行定量分析,所有数据输入微机作F检验。结果:照射组巨噬细胞吞噬锥虫蓝的颗粒数目、颗粒面积、颗粒面积与细胞面积之比,颗粒的积分光密度四项指标均较对照组明显增高,差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论:适当剂量的He-Ne激光照射小鼠脾区,可激活脾内巨噬细胞吞噬功能,提高机体的免疫力。 Objective:To investigate the effects of He - Ne laser on immune function of mice.Methods : The area over spleen of the mice was irradiated with the He - Ne laser at the dosage of 63.7 J/cm^2 for 5,10 days respectively, lasting 5 minutes each day . Then observing the phagocytosis of the splenic macrophages after injecting live mice with trypan blue, and making quantitative analysis of macrophages phagocytosis by image analysis system. Results: The four indices: number of trypan granule, area of granule, ratio of granule area to cell area and granule integral optical density at irradiated groups were higher than that of control group (P 〈 0. 01 ) . Comparison between different irradiated groups also showed significant difference ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion : He - Ne laser at appropriate dosages may activate macrophages , and enhance the immunity of organism .
