Prevention of Nosocomial Infection in Clinical Laboratory: Measures and Management

目的研究检验科内医源性感染的控制和管理。方法加强自我保护意识,健全规章制度,严格培训,建立科内人员健康记录,购置防护设备、检验器具和制定废物的消毒处理、科内环境的消毒以及报告单消毒等措施。结果通过上述各项防范措施和方法,最大限度地控制了检验科内的医源性感染,保障了科内人员的安全和身体健康。结论健全规章制度,加强培训和管理,可有效地预防检验科内医源性感染事件的发生。

OBJECTIVE To prevent the nosoeomial infection event in the clinical laboratory. METHODS To enhance the conception of self-protection, amplify necessary rules and regulation, fine technique training, establish the health-record of the department staff, purchase the facilities of protection, and disinfect the instrument and environment of laboratory even the test report sheet. RESULTS By means of above mentioned measures and management, it could control in most degree of nosoeomial infection in clinical laboratory, and ensure the safety and health of the department staff. CONCLUSIONS The nosoeomial infection event of clinical laboratory can be prevented by amplification of necessary rules and regulation as well as enhancement of the management.
