摘要
针对磁悬浮轴承控制系统设计复杂、价格昂贵等问题,采用数字信号处理器为核心设计了磁轴承控制系统。采用FUZZY-PID控制算法,编制了控制软件。连续运转试验表明,磁悬浮轴承悬浮稳定,旋转速度达4×104r/m in。控制系统结构简单,性价比高,可满足高速铣削电磁悬浮主轴要求。
The digital signal processor was used to design the control system of motorized spindle supported with AMB (active magnetic beating) in order to overcome the defect of traditional controller with complex system and high cost. The control software was programmed by making use of Fuzzy - PID algorithm. Continuous running experiment indicats that the suspension state is stable. The rotary speed attains 4 × 10^4 r/min. This control system is inexpensive and good in performance and it can satisfy the demand of high rate milling spindle.
