摘要
用低相干干涉方法测量光纤布喇格光栅色散。通过对采集的干涉图数据进行离散傅里叶变换处理,提取相位,最终得到作为波长函数的群时延。获得实验结果只需几分钟时间,重复性优于5 ps。结果表明采用低相干干涉方法测量光纤布喇格光栅色散是可行的。
Low-coherence interferometric measurements of dispersion in fiber Bragg gratings are presented. The group delay as a function of wavelength is obtained rapidly after processing the interferogram by fourier-transform, yielding result within a few minutes. The experimental repeatability is shown to be better than 5 ps. Test results indicate that the measurement is feasible.
