摘要
针对大型专用铣床CX056串联式的结构和它运动部件质量大的特点,用有限元法分析了该机床的动态特性。将模态分析和谐响应分析的结果作为该大型铣床动态设计和结构优化的依据,通过设计不同的结构和预置不同系列的参数,以整机固有频率的提高为目标函数,应用经验法和比较法提出了机床大件和整机的优化设计方案。
The dynamic properties of the large-scale special milling machine CX056 is analyzed aiming at its tandem structure and heavy moving parts. The data calculated by modal analysis and harmonic response is the support for dynamic design and structure optimization of the milling machine. Based on experience and comparative method, different structures and parameters in series are also given and the optimized design scheme is advanced with frequency as the objective function.
