摘要 为得到金堆城钼业公司小北露天矿深凹边坡的合理空间形状,利用弹性力学的基本知识及数值模拟方法进行了研究.采用三维有限元数值模拟软件ANSYS完成了金堆城深凹露天矿边坡空间形状的优化设计,获得了适合于小北露天下步深凹开采的最佳采场方位及最优边坡形状.优化设计所取得的边坡形状为金堆城露天矿最大限度的减少废石剥离量,指导采区安全生产提供了帮助.研究结果对类似凹陷露天矿边坡稳定性的最优空间形状力学优化设计,具有一定的借鉴意义. Based on the analysis method of elasticity mechanics and numerical simulation calculation, a reasonable spatial slope shape of Jinduicheng deep furrow pit was established. With the help of the 3D software ANSYS, the optimal design for spatial slope shape in Jinduicheng deep furrow pit was calculated. The optimal furrow pit direction and the optimal slope configuration fit to the little north open mining was obtained. The study results are in favor of maxi mum decreasing stripping volume and conducting safety-production and have provided a reference for the similar optimal design of furrow pits.
