通过对12名二级男子标枪运动员进行3种不同类型的运动训练后,分别测定运动后及恢复期间血清酶和尿素氮。探讨各指标在不同训练方式、不同恢复期间的变化情况,从而为科学训练提供客观依据。

The paper carry through different three models training on two grade Javelin thrower. To determine blood serumenzyme and carbamide azote after exercise and resuming period. To discuss that CK, LDH, GOT, BUN, CR change thing and thereby objective basis for scientific training.
