摘要
目的:研究大豆皂甙饮料的缓解体力疲劳作用。方法:采用雄性ICR小鼠,大豆皂甙饮料按33.3ml/kg.bw、66.7ml/kg.bw、100.0ml/kg.bw连续灌胃30d,测定小鼠负重游泳时间、血乳酸、血清尿素氮和肝糖原含量。结果:100.0ml/kg.bw剂量组小鼠负重游泳时间显著长于对照组(P<0.05).66.Tml/kg.bw剂量组游泳后0min血乳酸含量和3个时点血乳酸曲线下面积显著低于对照组(P<0.05、P<0.01)。33.3ml/kg.bw剂量组肝糖原含量显著高于对照组(P<O.05)。结论:大豆皂甙饮料具有缓解体力疲劳的作用。
Objective: The alleviative effect of beverage containing soy saponins on physical fatigue was studied. Method: Male ICR mice were divided into four groups: distilled water control and three experimental groups in which the doses of beverage containing soy saponins were 33.3, 66.7 and 100 ml/kg.bw respectively. After orally administered for 30 days, loaded swimming time, blood lactic acid, serum urea nitrogen and glycogen in liver were determined. Results: The loaded swimming times of mice in the group of 100 ml/kg.bw was significantly longer than that in the group of distilled water control (P〈0.05) . The blood lactic acid level 0 minute after swimming and the area under the blood lactic acid curve of before, 0 minute and 20 minutes alter swimming in the group of 66.7ml/kg.bw were significantly smaller than those in the groups of distilled water control (P〈0.05,P〈0.01) . The content of Liver glycogen in the group of 33.3ml/kg.bw was significantly more than that in the group of distilled water control (P〈0.05) . Conclusion: The beverage containing soy saponins can alleviate physical fatigue in mice.
