摘要 本文综述了骨骼肌缺血再灌注损伤的机制和防治进展。认为缺血再灌注损伤不仅与自由基、钙超载和白细胞等因素相关,而且细胞凋亡和一氧化氮等因素同样是其重要的致病环节;其防治策略包括缺血预处理和抗氧化等措施,并不断有新方法被发现并应用于临床。缺血再灌注损伤与多种临床疾病及运动损伤密切相关,探讨骨骼朋缺血再灌注损伤的机制对再灌注损伤的预防和处理及骨骼肌功能的恢复具有重要的实践意义。 To summarize the mechanisms and advances of prevention and treatment of ischemia-repeffusion induced injury in skeletal muscle. Ischemia-reperfusion induced injury is not only closely related with free radical, calcium overloads and leukocytes, but cell apoptosis and nitric oxide are its important notogenetic facts. Its prevention and treatment strategy includes ischemic preconditioning and antioxidant and so on, and new methods axe explored continuously. Ischemia-repeffusion induced injury is closely related with various clinical diseases and sports injury. To explore mechanisms of ischemia-reperfusion induced injury has important practical significance to prevention and treatment of ischemia-repeffusion reduced injury and the rehabilitation of skeletal muscles.
