黄芪多糖及人参总皂苷对衰老小鼠的抗衰老作用 被引量:53

摘要 [目的]研究黄芪多糖(APS)及人参总皂苷(TG)对D-氨基半乳糖所致亚急性衰老小鼠的抗衰老作用.[方法]皮下注射给予D-氨基半乳糖制作衰老小鼠模型,同时每日分别灌胃给予不同组小鼠相应药物,持续8周,处死小鼠,计算脾脏及胸腺指数,检测血清和肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)的活性.[结果]APS组小鼠的脾脏指数、血清及肝组织内SOD,GSH-PX活性均明显升高;APS和TG联用组小鼠脾脏指数、血清及肝组织内SOD,GSH-PX活性均明显升高;TG组小鼠肝组织内GSH-PX活性明显升高.[结论]单独使用APS或与TG联用均可提高小鼠抗氧化物酶活性,增加免疫器官质量,提示单独使用APS或与TG联用均具有较好的抗衰老作用. OBJECTIVE To study the antisenility effects of astragalus polysaccharide (APS) and total ginsenoside(TG) on senile mice induced by D-galactosamine. METHODS The senile models of mice were established by subcutaneous injection of D-galactosamine at the nape, and administrated with homologus drugs. After 8 weeks,the mice were killed, and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) in serum and liver tissues were detected by biochemistry method and the weight of immune organs such as spleen and thymus were measured. RESULTS In APS group, the spleen index and the activity of SOD and GSH-PX in liver tissues and serum were increased; in APS plus TG group the spleen index, the activities of SOD and GSH-PX in serum and liver tissues were significantly increased; in TG group, the activity of GSH-PX in liver tissues was significantly increased. CONCLUSION APS and APS combination with TG can increase the activity of SOD and GSH-PX in serum and liver tissues and the weight of immunity organs, so APS and APS combination with TG have antisenility effects.
