摘要
本文运用博弈理论,在构建虚拟物流企业的过程中,成员企业在面对两难境地时,对如何选择最优策略实现企业利益的最大化问题进行了研究,提出了供企业参考的一般模型。此外还就虚拟企业建立以后,如何维持其稳定性加以探讨。
The paper puts forward a decision model, using game theory, for helping enterprises to choose their own optimum tactics in order to realize respective greatest benefit when they face the pressure of establishing virtual enterprise. Then, the paper researches how to keep stability of virtual enterprise.
