Transformation of Old Industrial Bases in Northeast China and the Building of a Social Credit System

社会诚信体系的建设,对于经济建设、道德建设以及发展先进文化都具有重要的意义。本文立足于振兴东北老工业基地建设的实际,通过对诚信原则及东北三省社会诚信体系建设具体举措的比较,对东北三省社会诚信体系建设提出一些设想和建议。

The construction of social credit system has important significance for the economy, ethics and the development of advanced culture. Based on the revitalization of old industrial bases in Northeast China, the article puts forward some ideas and suggestion about the construction of credit system of it by comparing credit principle and social credit system＇s construction among Northeast provinces.
