摘要
北京城北500kV变电站工程为满足奥运场馆用电的需要,将原定工期提前。为了达到工期、质量、技术先进性等的要求及创建国家优质工程的目标,建设单位成立了城北工程项目管理部,对工程进度、质量和技术管理、安全管理等方面进行统一规划及详细安排,严格把关,经过8个多月不懈努力,于2006年6月15日提前投产送电,创造了国内同等规模工程建设工期最短的记录。
For the demand of Olympic sport stadiums and fields for electricity the construction schedule of North Beijing 500 kV Substation was ahead of the original one. In order to meet the requirements for the schedule, quality and advanced technology as well as the target to create the state qualified project, the north Beijing project management department was set up to plan and make a detailed arrangement for the schedule, quality, technical and safety management as a whole. It made a continuous effort for more than 8 months and put the project into power transmission ahead of the schedule on June 15th, 2006, which is the shortest record of the construction schedule for the projects with the equal size in China.
