集控站的合理规划和建设直接关系到电网的安全可靠运行,同时对提高区域电网的运行管理水平、减员增效有着积极的意义。文章结合河南省的电力网络结构,提出集控站设计中的基本原则和配置方案,供业界同仁参考。

Desirable planning and construction of the centralized control substations has a direct effect on the security and reliability of dectrical power network system. On the other hand, it also raises the operation and management level of regional power networks and is of benefits to the company from decreasing operators. Based on the network structure of electrical power network system in Henan Province the article discusses the principles and schemes in the design of centralized control substations for the reference of colleagues.
