摘要
测定分析了50份改良爪哇稻米粒中铁、锌元素含量。结果表明:改良爪哇稻糙米和精米中锌元素含量高于铁,糙米和精米中铁的平均含量分别为(12.83±3.72)mg/kg和(4.24±1.86)mg/kg,锌分别为(29.13±6.69)mg/kg和(21.11±4.28)mg/kg。糙米与精米的成对样本t检验表明,糙米中铁元素的含量与精米的差异极显著,而锌元素含量差异不显著。相关分析表明,糙米与精米中铁元素的含量呈极显著正相关(r=0.570**),精米中铁与锌元素的含量呈显著正相关(r=0.285*)。
Determination of 50 accessions of improved javanica rice indicated that zinc content averaged 29.13 ± 6.69 mg/kg and 21.11 ± 4. 28 mg/kg in brown and polished rice, respectively, and iron content averaged 12.83 ± 3.72 mg/kg and 4.24 ± 1.86 mg/kg, accordingly. When brown and polished rice were compared in "paired sample test", iron content in brown rice was significantly different from that in polished rice while no significant difference was noticed between brown and polished rice in zinc content. Significant positive correlation existed between hrown and polished rice in iron content (r =0. 570^** ) and in zinc content (r= 0. 285^ * ).
