摘要
为了筛选出耐盐苜蓿品种,试验通过对9个苜蓿品种在不同盐浓度下萌芽率、生长量、脯氨酸含量的测定和综合加权分析,认为:苜蓿品种的耐盐性由强到弱依次为劳博、游客、WL 323、创新、苜蓿王、中苜1号、青睐、龙牧801、皇后。对培养皿发芽试验和脯氨酸含量与植物耐盐性的关系进行了讨论,并提出保丰和宁苜1号也是较有希望的品种。
In order to select salt -resistant alfalfa germplasms, 9 altalfa varieties were sown under eonditions of different salt concentra- tions, their germination percentage, growth and proline content were measured and the data were subjected to integrated weighling analysis. The variety LaoBo showed the greatest salt tolerance, followed in sequence by YouKe, w1323, ChangXin, MuXuWang, ZhongMu I, Qianlai, LongMu801 and HuangHou. The relationships of salt tolerance with seed germination on the Petri dish and proline line content are discussed. In addilion to LaoBo, the varieties BaoFeng and NingMu 1 seemed to be promising sail- toleranl varielies.
