摘要
根据葛根总黄酮的理化性质,对葛根水提醇沉液采用大孔树脂进行分离纯化研究,以葛根总黄酮提取率为评价指标,筛选出大孔树脂分离纯化葛根总黄酮的最佳工艺为:选用D-100型大孔树脂,吸附速度为2 BV/h,除杂洗脱用水量为4 BV,洗脱剂乙醇浓度为70%,乙醇用量为3 BV。
Maeroporous adsorbing resin was used to isolate and purify the decoction of Radix puerariae. With the recovery rate of gross anthoxanthin as the criterion of evaluation, the optimum conditions for isolation and purification were identified, i.e. D - 100 type macroporous adsorbing resin, adsorbing rate 2BV/h, water volume for removing impurities 4 BV, concentration of the eluent ethanol 70%, and volume of ethanol 3 BV.
