摘要
分别用超声法和醇提法制备复方五倍子口服液,以复方中主要成分———没食子酸含量变化为对照,用经典恒温法对以上2种制备方法进行热稳定性研究。结果表明,采用超声法制备的复方五倍子口服液有效期为82 d,醇提法制备为70 d,与室温留样观察法得出的结果基本一致。
Compound galla oral liquid was prepared with uhrasonie assisted method or ethanol extraction method and its thermostability was studied with classic homeothermia with the content of gallic acid defined as the standard index. Stored at room temperature, the compound galla oral liquid had an expiry date of 82 and 70 days when prepared with ultrasonic assisted method and ethanol extraction method, respectively, a resuh consistent with those in long- term storage tests.
