摘要
研究CAPP系统中工件加工的装夹顺序和装夹规划自动生成算法.复杂工件的工序安装规划是CAPP系统优化工艺路线的基础,针对生成工艺路线对自动装夹规划的需求,从零件的公差信息模型着手,建立生成装夹规程的数学模型,给出了自动生成装夹规程的算法.利用该数学模型和算法,可以自动确定工件的装夹顺序以及每次装夹中的加工面、定位面和夹紧面,从而生成装夹规程.用该方法可使装夹分组对工件加工精度的影响最小,实现典型工艺路线的优化,并以实例证明了该方法的可行性.
To optimize the processing route in CAPP system, automatic generation of manufacturing setup planning in CAPP is studied. Based on the surface feature, mathematic model and algorithm to automatically generate setup planning has been formulated by means of feature and tolerance graphics (FTG). The algorithm can be used to solve such problems as setup sequences, datum selection, the number of setup, and then setup planning. The setup route achieved in this way can minimize the influence of locating error stack-up on the machining quality. Finally a case study of setup planning is presented to verify the feasibility of the method.
